Tender Description
The Health Department, Government of Balochistan, is procuring services for the hiring of a training firm on a turnkey basis for the Balochistan Vitiligo Program spanning 12 months. This procurement is specific to the health sector reform and management unit, also known as the Project Management Unit (PMU). The scope involves comprehensive training services aimed at enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of the vitiligo program in the province.
The technical scope includes the provision of training materials, expert trainers, and the full execution of the training program as per the revised bidding documents. The firm will be responsible for delivering turnkey solutions, ensuring all aspects of the training are covered from planning to implementation. This includes adherence to the updated data sheet and evaluation criteria as outlined in the corrigendum.
Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in health sector training programs, preferably with a focus on dermatological or specialized health initiatives. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Firms should also demonstrate capacity to manage projects of similar scale and complexity within the public health sector.
The original invitation to bid was published on 6th May 2026, with the last date for submission now revised to 11th May 2026. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids by this deadline to the Section Officer (Admin) at the Health Department, Government of Balochistan. Earnest Money and CDR requirements remain as per the original advertisement.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the corrigendum documents, especially the updated data sheet and evaluation criteria, to ensure full compliance and avoid disqualification. Timely submission and complete documentation are critical to success in this competitive bidding process.
