Hiring of Training Providers for Technical and Vocational Trainings to the Youth of Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (AJK-TEVTA) invites qualified and GST-registered TVET institutes from across Pakistan to submit proposals for providing technical and vocational training to the youth of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This initiative aims to address unemployment by delivering market-based quality training under the National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF) and competency-based training standards. Items being procured: - Technical and vocational training services for youth AJK-TEVTA will cover training costs including boarding and lodging for candidates, while training providers are responsible for delivering quality training aligned with market needs. The program is supported by the Endowment Fund for Skill Development in AJ&K and implemented in collaboration with the National Vocational Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). Interested institutes must submit a bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of DDO TEVTA-AJK. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available upon payment of Rs. 1,000 via CDR or Pay Order and can be requested by email at chairman.tevta@gmail.com before the closing date. Bids must be submitted by registered courier or authorized representative to the Director (Projects), AJK-TEVTA Head Office, New Civil Secretariat (Block-6), Chatter Domail, Muzaffarabad before 03-09-2026 at 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs. Late submissions will be rejected. Blacklisted institutes in AJ&K or Pakistan are not eligible.
