Hiring of Transaction Advisor for Development of Islamabad Technopolis Project in PPP Mode

Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) invites bids for the hiring of a Transaction Advisor for the development of the Islamabad Technopolis Project in PPP mode. This consultancy opportunity is aimed at reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan or equivalent tax authorities for international firms. The scope includes advisory services for the development of the Islamabad Technopolis Project under a Public-Private Partnership framework. Items being procured: - Hiring of Transaction Advisor for Development of Islamabad Technopolis Project in PPP Mode Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be downloaded from the STZA website http://www.stza.gov.pk/, PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk, e-procurement portal https://eprocure.gov.pk/, and Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) website www.p3a.gov.pk. Proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 23rd November 2026 at 1100 hrs. Hard copies of the affidavit and earnest money in the form of a Pay Order of Rs. 3,250,000 in favor of Special Technology Zones Authority must be submitted at the STZA office before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16th October 2026 at 1130 hrs in the committee room of STZA. The proposal opening will take place on 23rd November 2026 at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Firms must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in PPP advisory services. Earnest money and affidavit submission are mandatory. Bidders should ensure timely submission on the e-procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
