Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Dir Upper, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for the Solarization of Water Supply Scheme under ADP No.176/251120, ADP No.146/200236, ADP 114/151049 and District ADP No.210553. This tender is specifically for consultancy services related to solar power integration in water supply infrastructure in Dir Upper district.

The scope includes detailed technical consultancy for solarization projects, ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and integration with existing water supply systems. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be obtained and downloaded from the EPADS portal and KP-PPRA website.
Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS (https://kp.procure.gov.pk) by October 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Engineer (North) Public Health Engineering Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Plot 40 Sector B2 Phase V Hayat Abad Peshawar (Phone: 091-9217512). The evaluation will be conducted by the Department Consultant Selection Committee (DCSC) in accordance with the RFP criteria. Clarifications and queries may be communicated through EPADS.
Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with valid reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission guidelines and ensure all required registrations and documents are in order to avoid disqualification.
