Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II) Division in Dera Ismail Khan, invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from shortlisted consulting firms of the C&W Department (Building Sector) for consultancy services under the Provincial Annual Development Program (ADP).
Items being procured:
- Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Up-Gradation of RHC Domel to CAT-D Hospital District Bannu (2026-27)
This consultancy involves detailed construction supervision services as outlined in the RFP documents and Terms of Reference (TORs). The project is located in District Bannu and focuses on upgrading the Rural Health Center Domel to a Category-D hospital, ensuring quality and compliance with government standards.
Eligible firms must be shortlisted by the C&W Department (Building Sector) and registered with KPRA in accordance with KP Public Procurement Rules. Preference will be given to firms with substantial experience in designing and supervising government hospital buildings and healthcare facilities.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal. Additionally, one original Technical Proposal and one original Financial Proposal must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II) near C&W Office Shah Alam Chowk, D.I. Khan.
The RFP documents and TORs can be obtained from the undersigned's office during office hours on any working day before the closing date upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000/-.
The last date and time for submission of proposals is 29-10-2026 at 12:00 pm. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
