Hiring of Transport Services for 47 UAV Squadron

The Pakistan Navy invites bids from well reputed, GST and Professional Tax registered firms, transporters, and contractors for the hiring of transport services for the 47 UAV Squadron on a requirement basis during the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan Navy at PNS Mehran, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Items being procured: - Hiring of transport services for 47 UAV Squadron The scope of work includes provision of transport services as per specifications detailed in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the undersigned office upon payment of a Rs. 10,000 tender fee during working hours 0900 to 1300 before the closing date. The contract will be awarded to the financially lowest bidder who complies with all tender requirements. The tender process follows a single stage two envelopes system where technical bids will be opened first to ascertain capability, and only technically qualified bidders' financial bids will be opened. Eligibility criteria include registration with GST and Professional Tax authorities, submission of earnest money in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order at 2% of the total bid value in favor of CO 47 Squadron. Cheques will not be accepted. Shortlisted bidders must obtain security clearance from Pakistan Navy as per procedure. The contract duration is from 1st August 2026 to 30th June 2027. Bids must reach the office by 11:00 hours on 22 July 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 hours the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. The Commanding Officer 47 Squadron reserves the right to reject any or all quotations if found technically or financially unacceptable according to PPRA regulations.
