Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Girls Dera Ghazi Khan

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), operating under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School Girls Ghulshan Saeed Colony Old Sui Gas Office Dera Ghazi Khan for the years 2026-27 & 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Items being procured: - Transport services for routes: Darkhan Wala (32 KM, 62 seating capacity, 62 students), City Service (24 KM, 26 seating capacity, 26 students), Al Ahmad Textile Mills 1 (22 KM, 62 seating capacity, 62 students), Al Ahmad Textile Mills 2 (22 KM, 62 seating capacity, 61 students), Arain Textile Mills (32 KM, 62 seating capacity, 62 students), Ghosia Abad (28 KM, 26 seating capacity, 26 students), AGTI (22 KM, 26 seating capacity, 51 students), Chit Sarkani Road 1 (26 KM, 52 seating capacity, 49 students), Basti Sabz Wali (28 KM, 26 seating capacity, 20 students). The vehicles must be manufactured/refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment meeting technical requirements verified by Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must submit bids electronically via Punjab e-Procurement System with 2% bid security and no physical financial instruments accepted. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held 10 days before technical bid opening to clarify the e-procurement system usage. Eligibility requires registration on Punjab e-Procurement System and compliance with FBR/ATL requirements. Bidders must obtain 70% marks in technical qualification. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR at 5% of contract amount is required before contract signing. Labour Welfare Office, District Dera Ghazi Khan will serve as Cluster Center for bid opening.
