Hiring of Transport Services for Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority Employees

Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA) Karachi invites bids for the hiring of transport services dedicated to KoFHA employees. This procurement is specifically for the provision of three (03) passenger vans to facilitate official transport needs within Karachi. Items being procured: - One (1) Suzuki APV (A/C) or equivalent - Two (2) 14/15 Seater Toyota Hi-Ace (A/C) or equivalent All vehicles must be model 2018 or above with registration 2022 or later. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable for an additional year based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The technical scope requires air-conditioned passenger vans suitable for comfortable employee transport. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System version 2.0 (e-PADS v2.0). They must also appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A minimum of five years’ experience in the transport sector providing air-conditioned passenger vans is mandatory. The submission deadline is Monday, 27 July 2026 by 12:00 PM via the EPADS v2.0 portal. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order or unconditional Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank with AAA credit rating is required. Bid security must remain valid for 148 days from bid opening. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and prepare their bids in strict accordance with the e-bidding instructions. Partial or incomplete bids will be rejected. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
