Tender Description
The Labour and Human Resource Department Punjab Workers Welfare Fund in Lahore is procuring transport services for the Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Boys located on Defence Road. This tender invites financially sound, experienced, and Income Tax registered firms to provide pick-and-drop transport facilities for students of the school for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).
The scope includes hiring vehicles of model 2015 or later, with seating capacities ranging from 26 to 57 seats, covering multiple routes such as Scheme More, Sher Shah Colony, Lari Ada Raiwind, Chak-65 Manga By Pass, Sundar State, Niaz Baig, Sultan Kit, Bata Factory, Dream Garden, Tare Gill, Eastern Spinning-II, and Pajjan Raiwind Road. One student per seat ratio must be maintained. The contract requires submission of earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost, amounting to PKR 11,400,000, favoring the Principal of the school.
