Bidders must register on the portal and submit bids electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. A Bid Security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in or after 2005 are acceptable, with refurbished vehicles requiring valid refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding schedule is as follows: Last date for online submission is 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m., technical bids will be opened on 24.09.2026 at 11:30 a.m., and financial bids will be opened on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The Labour Welfare Office, District Muzaffargarh, will serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings.
