The Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab invites bids from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School Boys (Morning Shift) Sahukimalian Sheikhupura for the years 2026-27 & 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding requires submission of a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated contract amount through CDR/Bank Guarantee. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility includes registration on Punjab e-Procurement System, compliance with terms and conditions, and attending a pre-bid meeting at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare ten days before bid opening. The Labour Welfare Office Sheikhupura will serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings.
