The service period covers two academic years. Bidders must submit earnest money as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost of Rs. 80,000,000. The original CDR must be submitted before bid closing. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS). Eligibility requires firms to be financially sound, experienced, and registered with Income Tax authorities. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate. Technical bids must score at least 70% to qualify. All applicable government taxes must be included in the rates. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount.
