The Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab invites bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School (Boys), Warburton, District Nankana Sahib. Items being procured: - 10 vehicles to be hired for various routes - Route 1: Karyali (Nankana Road) to School, seating capacity 40, distance 30 km, 41 students - Route 2: Warburton City via Village Chandi Kot to School, seating capacity 57, distance 18 km, 59 students - Route 3: Mananwala (Dera Sultan) to School, seating capacity 57, distance 40 km, 58 students - Route 4: Village Lagran via Kotwar to School, seating capacity 40, distance 54 km, 43 students - Route 5: Amir Diamond Mill to School, seating capacity 57, distance 18 km, 59 students - Route 6: Toll Plaza Kadlathi More Skp to School, seating capacity 57, distance 50 km, 61 students - Route 7: Kharianwala to School, seating capacity 57, distance 40 km, 57 students - Route 8: Nawan Kot to School, seating capacity 57, distance 22 km, 59 students - Route 9: Faisal Mill to School, seating capacity 57, distance 20 km, 59 students - Route 10: National Feed Mill to School, seating capacity 57, distance 18 km, 58 students The scope includes providing transport services with vehicles model 2015 or later, maintaining a one student per seat ratio. The service period covers two academic years. Bidders must submit earnest money as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost of Rs. 80,000,000. The original CDR must be submitted before bid closing. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS). Eligibility requires firms to be financially sound, experienced, and registered with Income Tax authorities. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate. Technical bids must score at least 70% to qualify. All applicable government taxes must be included in the rates. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount. The last date for bid submission is 11 July 2026 by 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened on 22 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete, signed, and stamped to avoid rejection.
