Hiring of Transportation Rental Services

Items being procured: - Hiring of Transportation Rental Services This tender is specifically for transportation rental services to support university operations in Sukkur. The scope includes provision of transport vehicles such as Hino buses and coasters for student and staff transportation. Bidders must have a minimum of 10 years experience providing transport services to universities, public, or private sector organizations and must have at least 3 similar projects in hand over the last 3 years. The tender fee is Rs. 5000 and an earnest money deposit of 5% amounting to Rs. 800,000 is required in the form of a Demand Draft in favor of The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur. Bids must be submitted by 16-11-2026 up to 11:00 a.m. and will be opened the same day at 12:00 p.m. in the Director Finance Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of unforeseen closure or government holiday, submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time and venue. Conditional bids or those without earnest money will be rejected.
