Prequalification of Firms for Light & Sound, Stage Equipment, Transportation, Accommodation, Catering, Air Tickets, Repair & Maintenance, Printing, and Building Maintenance

The Pakistan National Council of the Arts under the National Heritage & Culture Division invites reputed firms and companies to prequalify for a variety of services and works in Islamabad. This prequalification aims to identify capable contractors for Light & Sound, Stage and allied Equipment, Transportation for artists and official use, Hotel Accommodation for Artists and official guests, Catering Service for cultural events, Provision of Domestic and International Air tickets, Repair & Maintenance of Light & Sound and audio video specific equipment, Repair & maintenance of Official vehicles, Printing of publicity/promotional material, and Repair & Maintenance of PNCA building including Furniture & Fixtures, Paint, polish & Hardware material including wooden, electrical, and plumbing materials. Items being procured: - Light & Sound Equipment - Stage and allied Equipment - Transportation for artists and official use - Hotel Accommodation for Artists and official guests - Catering Service for cultural events - Domestic and International Air tickets - Repair & Maintenance of Light & Sound and audio video equipment - Repair & Maintenance of Official vehicles - Printing of publicity/promotional material - Repair & Maintenance of PNCA building including Furniture & Fixtures, Paint, polish & Hardware material including wooden, electrical, plumbing material The scope covers a wide range of technical and logistical services essential for cultural events and official functions. Firms must have relevant work experience and be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered with EPADS. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). This tender notice is also available on PPRA's website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids must be submitted via E-PAD by or before 19th November 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be processed through the EPAD system only. Interested firms may visit the site during office hours. Note: Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA rules, 2004 is available on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
