Hiring of Transportation Services for PDMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department / Director General, Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Peshawar invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding from eligible transport companies, goods carriers, and logistic suppliers for the provision of transportation services. This contract is for dispatching various goods and other services in relief operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on an as-needed basis during any disaster or emergency. The contract period is one year, extendable for another year upon mutual agreement starting from the signing of the contract with the successful bidder. Items being procured: - Transportation services for dispatch of various goods - Logistic support for relief operations The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage–Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per KPPRA Rules-2014. The contract will be a framework agreement under Rule 31-A of KPPRA Rules, where rates at Schedule-A in the bidding documents will be finalized and bidders will transport goods as required by PDMA authorities during the contract period. Eligibility criteria including PEC category, FBR/ATL registration, and experience requirements are detailed in the bid solicitation documents. A bid security of Rs. 800,000 per category/lot in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director General, PDMA is mandatory. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 19th August 2026 at 1200 Hrs in the conference room of the Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS portal by 01st September 2026 at 1500 Hrs. Bid opening will occur the same day at 1530 Hrs in the conference room of the RR&S Department. Bidders may apply for a single category/lot or multiple categories as per their expertise. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules.
