Prequalification For Hiring Of Rental Machinery

The Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites applications from eligible and experienced Individuals, Firms, Companies, or Joint Ventures for Pre-Qualification for hiring rental machinery specifically for waste transportation and disposal services in Rawalpindi. This prequalification is for a period of three years. Items being procured: - Rental machinery for waste transportation - Rental machinery for waste disposal The Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) will be available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites free of cost. Prospective bidders can view and download the PQD from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and ep.punjab.gov.pk. Applicants must complete, sign, and stamp the PQD in full conformity and submit it online through the EPADS portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk). The online opening of applications will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of applicants or their representatives. The responsibility for submission on the EPADS portal lies entirely with the bidder. A Pre-Qualification meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
