Tender Description
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) Lahore invites experienced and reputable travel agencies to participate in the bidding process for hiring a travel agency for official travel arrangements under a closed framework agreement. This procurement is managed by the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority, located in Lahore, Punjab.

The scope of this tender includes providing comprehensive travel services for official purposes, ensuring timely and efficient travel arrangements. The agency must have valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) certificates registered with FBR and PRA. Firms must meet the specified criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable payment of PKR 5,000 for the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Demand Draft in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. A bid security of PKR 200,000 in the shape of an original Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR from a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan is mandatory. The bid security must be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period, which is 120 days.
The bid submission deadline is August 17, 2026, at 02:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted sealed and clearly marked with the tender title and addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore.
