Hiring of Vehicles on Rent for the Financial Year 2026 - 27

The School Education Department, South Punjab, Multan invites sealed bids from experienced and registered rental companies or firms for the hiring of vehicles on a monthly rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. This contract is a framework agreement and may be extended for further periods as per the department's discretion. Items being procured: - Toyota / Honda (Model 2025 - 2026, Engine Capacity 1800 CC) - Toyota / Honda (Model 2025 - 2026, Engine Capacity 1300 CC) - Suzuki Cultus (Model 2025 - 2026, Engine Capacity 1000 CC) The vehicles will be hired on a monthly rental basis with the possibility of extension. Interested firms must obtain bidding documents from PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P). Complete bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) by digital payment or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Procuring Agency. The deadline for submission is no later than 3:50 PM (PST) on 5th November 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 4:20 noon (PST) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Section Officer (General), School Education Department, South Punjab, Bosan Road, Chungi No. 6, Multan. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vehicles. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and PPRA, and submission of earnest money as Bid Security. Firms should be experienced in vehicle rental services and capable of providing vehicles as per the specifications.
