Prequalification for Closed Framework Agreement for Procurement of Tyres, Tubes and Flaps on Rate Contract by Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement Bid(s) to supply Tyres, Tubes and Flaps on Rate Contract basis under reference number FFW10560. The objective is to establish a closed framework agreement for procurement of these items through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the framework agreement period. Only prequalified applicants will be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The agreement is expected to be signed with successful bidder(s) for a period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Tyres - Tubes - Flaps Applicants must submit their applications through the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/framework-agreements/10560. Applications must be submitted by Thursday, November 5, 2026, 10:30 AM and will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not allowed. Applicants must fulfill eligibility requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents and submit a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 200,000/- in the form of CDR valid for 90 days beyond the bid validity. The Bid Security must be issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan and submitted before the tender opening time. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Guidance regarding registration and bid submission is available on the portal. This prequalification is conducted under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for the subject procurement.
