Provision of Home Solar Schemes at Killi Bismillah, Killi Jan Muhammad and Adjoining Killi District Pishin

Balochistan Energy Company Limited (BECL) invites bids from eligible contractors for the provision of home solar schemes in Killi Bismillah, Killi Jan Muhammad, and adjoining Killi areas of District Pishin. This procurement is for the financial year 2026 and will be executed based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates basis. The estimated cost for the project is PKR 99,936,372. Items being procured: - Provision of Home Solar Schemes at Killi Bismillah, Killi Jan Muhammad, and adjoining Killi, District Pishin (PSDP No. 1878 Z2026-3566) The technical scope includes the supply and installation of solar energy systems for residential use, ensuring reliable and sustainable power for the specified localities. Bidders must be present on the Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Firms must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least 70,000,000 PKR. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C4 or above category is required, with specialized codes EE11(i) (Solar), EE11(ii) (Solar Energy), or EE11(iii) (Solar Energy System). Firms must have completed three similar projects as a sole or leading bidder in the last three years and possess a valid electrical contractor license. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2 percent of the estimated cost. All tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via the EPPS system at BECL Main Office, 67-A Main Road, Jinnah Town, Quetta.
