Headquarter Multan Logistics Area invites sealed tenders on prescribed forms for the supply and services of Hospital Diet and Extras for the quarter ending December 2026. This procurement is open to reputable suppliers and contractors capable of fulfilling the requirements in Multan Cantonment. Items being procured: - Hospital Diet - Extras related to hospital dietary services The tender forms will be available for collection starting 26 August 2026 at 1100 hrs and the tenders will be opened on 27 August 2026 at 1100 hrs in the presence of the BOO. The department reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or cancel the bidding process with grounds for rejection provided upon written request. Earnest money is required at 2% from registered firms and 5% from unregistered firms, with a maximum of Rs. ten lac only, refundable and payable via Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of COMMANDER MULTAN LOGISTICS AREA.
