Procurement of Hospital and Office Furniture by Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi

Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi invites bids for the procurement of Hospital and Office Furniture. This procurement is specifically for the Bacha Khan Medical Complex located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Hospital & Office Furniture The tender requires submission through the EPADS portal by 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security must be submitted from the account of the firm, bidder, or contractor submitting the bid in favor of the Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope. Tenderers must submit typed tenders on original prescribing letter pad, signed and stamped on every page. Handwritten tenders will not be accepted. The rates must comply with hospital specifications; alternate rates are not acceptable. The rates will remain valid until 30th June 2027 as per KPPRA Rule 31(A) Framework Contract. Original bid security and original stamped papers must be submitted in hard copy; bid security in the form of Pay Order (PO) will not be accepted. Income Tax, stamp duty, General Sales Tax (GST), or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room Admin Block. The rates will be applicable for BKMC, GKMC, NCN, THQ Hospital Topi, and THQ Hospital Chota Lahore. No additional documents will be entertained after tender opening. BKMC reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
