Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Islamabad invites sealed quotations from GST/SST/PEC/Professional Tax registered firms for provision of services collection, transportation, storage and safe disposal / incineration of hospital waste including human anatomical waste and non-human infectious waste at PNS Hafeez Islamabad. The contract period is from 16 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Collection of hospital waste - Transportation of hospital waste - Storage of hospital waste - Safe disposal / incineration of hospital waste including human anatomical waste - Disposal of non-human infectious waste The scope includes daily handling of hospital waste at PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST, SST, PEC, and Professional Tax authorities and capable of undertaking the job on a daily basis. Tender documents can be obtained from Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad before 09 October 2026. Quotations must reach the Commandant PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad by 12 October 2026 at 1000 hrs. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 1030 hrs in the presence of bidders. Tender submissions must be accompanied by a Bank draft or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount as earnest money in favor of Commandant PNS Hafeez. The successful bidder will deposit 5% of the total bid amount as bank guarantee in the form of Bank draft or Pay Order.
