Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from eligible firms/bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for various development schemes in District Karak and Tehsil Takht-e-Nasrati.
Items being procured:
- Household Based Solarization at District Karak (Rs. 39.20 Million)
- Household Based Solarization at District Karak (Hybrid) (Rs. 1.80 Million)
- Construction of PCC Streets at Tehsil Takht-e-Nasrati (Rs. 9.20 Million)
- Installation of Pressure Pumps & Solarization of Existing Pressure Pumps at District Karak (Rs. 24.50 Million)
The scope includes solarization projects aimed at household energy solutions and installation of pressure pumps with solarization at District Karak, along with construction of PCC streets at Tehsil Takht-e-Nasrati. The projects are framed on the current MRS 2025 bi-annual market rate system. Bidders must be registered contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for 2026-27 and must submit earnest money as specified. Tender documents including BOQs are available for download from the official E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal system (EPADS) at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Original bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Takht-e-Nasrati.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, enlistment with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, CNIC copy, active KPRA registration, and earnest money deposit of 2% of the bid value. Bidders quoting more than 10% below engineer estimates must provide additional security. The tender will be opened on 06/11/2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders. Work orders will be issued subject to fund availability.
