Tender Description
The Office of the Executive Engineer Operation Division II Mirpur AJK invites sealed bids for the construction, repair, and maintenance of HT/LT lines and transformer installations for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with the relevant authorities. The scope of work covers a comprehensive range of electrical infrastructure tasks essential for the reliable operation and expansion of the local power distribution network in Mirpur AJK.

The technical scope includes the supply and installation of high-tension and low-tension lines, as well as the provision and commissioning of transformers of various capacities. All works must comply with the latest safety and quality standards. Bidders must ensure that all materials used are of approved quality and that installation is carried out by qualified personnel.
Eligible bidders must submit a Bid Security of PKR 80,000 in the form of a CDR or Pay Order, along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Experience in similar electrical works will be an advantage. The deadline for submission of bids is 15 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the office of the undersigned in Mirpur AJK.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid security and all supporting documents are complete and properly attested, as incomplete submissions are often rejected at the technical evaluation stage.
