Supply and Installation of Asset Performance Management System for Pole Mounted Distribution Transformers

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites eligible national and international bidders, firms, and joint ventures to participate in a competitive bidding process for the procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for Pole Mounted Distribution Transformers. This procurement is structured under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and follows the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules and related procurement manuals. Items being procured: - APMS on 25kVA Distribution Transformer - APMS on 50kVA Distribution Transformer - APMS on 100kVA Distribution Transformer - APMS on 200kVA Distribution Transformer The project involves the turnkey supply and installation of 17,999 units of APMS divided into three lots: Lot-1 with 5999 units, Lot-2 with 6000 units, and Lot-3 with 6000 units. The system must comply with PPMC specification No. DS-01:2026 and include all allied accessories to ensure successful operation within SEPCO's jurisdiction. Foreign bidders must participate in joint ventures with Pakistani contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS V2.0 platform. Bidders not registered on E-PADS should contact PPRA for registration. Submission of bids by any other means will be rejected.
