Tender for HT/LT Structure for Proposed 11-kV Independent Feeder for Electrical Vehicles Station at Chur Chowk

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works related to the construction of HT/LT structures for the proposed 11-kV independent feeder for the Electrical Vehicles Station at Chur Chowk, Islamabad. This feeder emanates from the 132-kV KTM Grid Station and involves shifting of load from the 11-kV KRL feeder emanating from the 132-kV Shakrial Grid Station. The project is under the City Construction Division Rawalpindi (RWP) with tender number 39/2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of 58 HT Structures 58` with complete foundation and back filling - Construction of 19 HT Structures 45` with complete foundation and back filling - Construction of 24 HT Structures 36` with foundation size 610x610x1981mm and back filling - Construction of 16 L.T steel Structures 9.49 Meter (31 Ft) with foundation size 508x508x1829 mm and back filling - Installation of Earthing Arrangement for HT/LT Structures (263 units) - Installation and fixing of stay set (25 units) - Installation of Earthing Arrangement for Distribution Transformer on single structure (1 unit) - Installation of Earthing Arrangement for distribution transformer on double structures/poles (7 units) The scope includes concreting, safe handling, loading/unloading, transportation of HT/LT structures from IESCO stores, installation, erection, earthing of HT/LT structures, and transformer fixing as per IESCO SDI standards. The contract amount is approximately Rs. 16.84 million. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with FBR with active NTN and GST status, and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. They must have completed similar works in any DISCO or government/semi-government/autonomous body and provide audited financial statements for the last three years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 09:30 AM.
