Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in electronic bidding through the E-PADE system for important construction and rehabilitation works in Dir Upper. This tender includes a special package for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and improvement of Masajid, Madaris, and Darul Ulooms, as well as the purchase of land for graveyards and construction of boundary walls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts.
Items being procured:
- Construction/Repair of Makki Masjid Village Sadiq Abad Payeen, VC Chapar Tehsil Wari Dir Upper
- Purchase/Construction of Graveyard at Kalshow
- Provision of funds for Construction of Boundary Wall around graveyard village Sadiq Abad Payeen and other areas of Tehsil Wari Dir Upper
The works require firms registered with PEC category C-6 and above. Bidders must submit bid security and tender fee as specified, with bid security including stamp duty. The period of completion for all works is as per work order. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act, 2013 (Act No. XXI of 2013).
The last date for submission of e-bids is 14th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders should submit their bids electronically via the E-PADE system, ensuring all required documents including CDR details are uploaded. Bid solicitation documents and instructions can be obtained from the office or downloaded from the E-PADE system before the submission deadline.
