Lopping Felling, Carriage and Stacking of Timber at Timber Market Chakdara

The Forest Development Corporation (FDC) Malakand Circle Swat invites E-Bids from eligible contractors registered with FDC for the required category for lopping felling and conversion of trees into logs/scants and carriage of timber to designated roadside depots, as well as carriage including loading and unloading from roadside depots to Timber Market Chakdara, and stacking/loading of timber at Timber Market Chakdara. Items being procured: - Lopping felling and conversion of trees into logs/scants - Carriage of timber including loading and unloading from Roadside Depots to Timber Market Chakdara - Stacking/loading of timber at Timber Market Chakdara Detail of Harvesting Works includes lots from Bashigram, Behrain, Birga, LaoNisar forests with quantities ranging from 232 to 771 trees and call deposits from Rs. 320,000 to Rs. 1,650,000. Detail of Carriage Works includes logs and scants carriage from depots at Drosh (Chitral), Syedabad Chitral, and Kalkatak/Nagar with call deposits ranging from Rs. 250,000 to Rs. 1,200,000. Stacking/loading works at Timber Market Chakdara include timber stacking (415,000 cft) and timber loading (609,800 cft) with a call deposit of Rs. 400,000. The scope covers harvesting, carriage, and stacking/loading of timber in the Swat region. Contractors must be registered with FDC and comply with bid security and earnest money requirements as per the tender documents. Tender forms are available for Rs. 2000 each and can be obtained from the Manager Forest Operations office or downloaded from the FDC website. Bids must be submitted separately for each FDC lot and roadside depot. The last date for submission is 14-10-2026 at 1200 hours, with opening at 1230 hours the same day.
