The Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi, is procuring services of reputed Human Resource Outsourcing Firms to provide skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled personnel across its main campuses, constituent institutes, laboratories, and collection centers in Karachi. This contract covers a wide range of human resources including laboratory and healthcare professionals, teaching and non-teaching staff, paramedical, administrative, technical, and support personnel such as Phlebotomists, Porters, Naib Qasids, Receptionists, Medical Officers, Electricians, and more. The scope requires the HR Firm to maintain a qualified pool of candidates, provide services on a six-day working week basis, ensure legal compliance, confidentiality, and bear full responsibility for employer-employee relationships. DUHS will provide necessary workspace, equipment, and software licenses. The contract is initially for twelve months with possible extension based on performance. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and Sindh Sales Tax registration with active taxpayer status, PEC category if applicable, and at least five years of business experience.
