The Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit of the Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, is inviting bids for the provision of human resource and security services on an as and when required basis. This procurement is aimed at engaging well reputed national and local companies, firms, contractors, or human resource and workforce service providers registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Items being procured: - Drivers of Smog Truck and Mobile Workshop - Smog Cannon Operator - Smog Cannon Helpers - Motor Vehicles Mechanic - Smog Cannon Technician - IT Monitoring Officers - Supervisors Smog Cannon - Security Guards The scope includes supplying skilled manpower for operating smog control equipment and providing security services. The contract requires firms to quote all resources and services within the specified lots. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and compliance with Punjab PPR Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and possess valid registrations with relevant authorities including FBR and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are allowed. Bid security must be submitted digitally via the Punjab E-Procurement System as per instructions.
