Services of Human Resource Service Providers for NBP Call Centers Karachi and Islamabad

The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking qualified suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of services of human resource service providers for its call centers located in Karachi and Islamabad. This tender is issued by the Procurement Division, Logistics, Communications & Marketing Group of the National Bank of Pakistan, Karachi. Items being procured: - Human Resource Service Providers for NBP Call Centers (Karachi & Islamabad) The scope involves providing skilled human resource services to efficiently manage call center operations at two major locations. The service providers must ensure availability of trained personnel capable of handling customer inquiries and support tasks. The contract requires adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of services as per NBP requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the ATL of FBR. Firms should have relevant experience in providing human resource services for call centers or similar operations. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security amounting to PKR 3,000,000 must be submitted in original to the Department Head Tender at the Procurement Division, 3rd Floor, Head Office Building Karachi before the online bid submission deadline. The scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS along with the bid. Acceptable forms include Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank valid for 180 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by Tuesday, 04 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in Committee Room #3, 2nd Floor, NBP Head Office, I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
