Tender Description
The Centre of Excellence for Bovine Genetics (CEBG) in Riyala Khurd is procuring agricultural inputs including Hybrid Maize Seed, DAP fertilizer, and Urea bags. This procurement is aimed at supporting the farm group and related agricultural activities under the CEBG project. The quantities required are 600 kgs of Hybrid Maize Seed, 60 bags of DAP, and 120 bags of Urea.
The procurement involves supply of these items to the specified location within the stipulated timeframe. The tender process requires submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR amounting to 2% of the bid value, payable to the Director General Research Veterinary & Farms (DGRV&F). Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including registration with FBR and ATL, and should have relevant experience in supplying agricultural inputs.
The tender documents must be submitted by 10th May 2026, with a grace period until 14th May 2026 for late submissions. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day. Interested bidders should ensure their bids are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification. The contact number for further information is 044-2636001.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the CDR and ensure it meets the 2% earnest money requirement, as failure to provide a valid CDR will result in rejection of the bid. Also, bidders should verify all documentation and eligibility criteria well before the closing date to avoid last-minute issues.
