Tender Description
The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of horticulture items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes a comprehensive range of goods essential for horticultural activities and maintenance at the university's facilities. Items being procured:

The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must ensure their bids are accompanied by the required Bid Security, which can be submitted as a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
