Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) for Ladies Bar Room at District Headquarter Vehari and Sub-Division Burwala

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Vehari invites bids from PEC registered engineering companies/firms/joint ventures/contractors for the procurement of hybrid solarization (off-grid) systems for ladies bar rooms at two locations: District Headquarter Vehari and Sub-Division Burwala. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule-38 (21(a)) of PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) system for Ladies Bar Room at District Headquarter Vehari (1 Unit) - Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) system for Ladies Bar Room at Sub-Division Burwala (1 Unit) The scope includes installation of off-grid solar systems designed to provide sustainable energy solutions for the ladies bar rooms at the specified judicial offices. The estimated cost for each project is Rs. 18,76,875 with earnest money of Rs. 93,844. The completion period for each project is one month. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for construction/renovation work and to be sales tax and income tax registered firms. Contractors must also be registered on the Electronic Government Procurement website of Punjab. Earnest money must be deposited/uploaded at a rate of 5% of the estimated cost before the closing date and time. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be disqualified. Bidders can attend the tender opening session on 07-11-2026 at 10:00 AM at the Office of District & Sessions Judge, Vehari. All bids must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement website before the closing time of 09:30 AM on the same day.
