Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Project Packages and Water Supply Schemes in Battagram

The Public Health Engineering Division Battagram invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for multiple development projects in Battagram district for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Package No-01: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Battagram, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps in UC Battagram - Package No-02: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Kuzabanda, Water Supply Scheme in UC Kuzabanda - Package No-03: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Shumlai, Water Supply Scheme in UC Shumlai - Package No-04: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Rajdhari, Water Supply Scheme in UC Rajdhari - Package No-05: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Paimal Sharif, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps in UC Paimal Sharif - Package No-06: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Ajmera, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps in UC Ajmera - Package No-07: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Battamori, Water Supply Scheme in UC Battamori - Package No-08: PCC Street/Sewerage Line in UC Trand, Water Supply Scheme in UC Trand, Drill Bores Pressure Pumps/Open Wells in UC Bannian - Package No-09: Drill Bores Pressure Pumps/Water Supply Scheme in UC Gijbori The technical scope includes construction of PCC street and sewerage lines, water supply schemes, and installation of drill bore pressure pumps and open wells across various union councils in Battagram. The projects aim to improve water supply and sanitation infrastructure. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for 2026-27, valid enlistment certificate from Works Department, FORM-H for companies, valid KPPRRA and FBR registration, updated audit report till 31st December 2025, and affidavit of no litigation. Contractors must have prior experience and submit earnest money as bid security. Financial bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with technical proposals. Bidding documents including BOQs, SBDs, and instructions can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal and KPPRRA website. The last date and time for submission is 19-10-2026 at 12:05 Noon. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1:05 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including valid PEC, KPPRRA registration, FBR form, and affidavits are complete and properly attested to avoid disqualification.
