Swat Irrigation Division-I Gulkada Swat invites electronic bids through EPADS for construction and improvement of flood protection structures and irrigation infrastructures in various locations of District Swat. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 and requires valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and KPRA with active NTN registration with FBR. Items being procured: - Construction/Improvement of Irrigation infrastructures water/Civil Channel at Gammon Steel Bridge District Swat - Construction/Improvement of Irrigation infrastructures Water/Civil Channel at Dedawar District Swat - Construction/Improvement of Irrigation infrastructures & Civil Channel at Manyar Atrai District Swat - Construction of Flood Protection Structures left Side of Swat River D/S of Gammon Steel Bridge District Swat - Construction of Flood Protection Work at Depu Khwar U/S Shamzo Degree College, District Swat - Construction of Flood Protection Structures at Mingora Khwar at Village Qambar District Swat - Construction of Flood Protection Structure at Depu Khwar D/S Shamzo Degree College, District Swat - Construction of Flood Protection Structures at Barikot & Malkidam Khawar & Adjoining areas District Swat - Construction of Flood Protection Structures and including PCC Roads at Shamzo Khawar & Adjoining Areas District Swat The works include water channels, flood carrier channels, bridges, de-siltation of various drains, nullahs, and channels in Tehsil Barikot and Babozai District Swat. The technical scope covers irrigation and flood control systems with PEC relevant categories C-4, C-5, and C-6 with specialization codes related to irrigation and flood control systems. Eligibility requires bidders to have PEC registration in the relevant categories and specialization codes, KPRA registration, and active FBR status. Earnest Money/ Bid Security is 2% of the estimated cost per bid. Bidders must upload scanned copies of all required documents in a single PDF on the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date and time.
