Hydro Power Generating District Development Project and Construction Works in Chitral

The Communication & Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the EPAD system from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013. Bid security and tender fee must be submitted electronically along with the e-bid on the EPAD system. The bids will be opened on 07/10/2026 at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Lower Chitral. Interested bidders should obtain bid solicitation documents from the office or download from the EPAD system before the submission deadline. Earnest money in the form of CDR is mandatory. This tender is a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
