Supply of Hydro Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine (OEMs)

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) Karachi invites sealed bids from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized agents for the supply of a Hydro Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the quality control and testing capabilities at PMTF's Karachi facility, and only OEMs or their authorized representatives are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Hydro Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine (Capacity: 50KGF to 0.5KGF) The technical scope includes the supply of a new, high-precision Hydro Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine with a load range from 50KGF down to 0.5KGF. The equipment must be delivered on either FOB or C&F basis as per the terms specified in the tender. Payment terms require 10 percent advance with the order and 90 percent through an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) upon shipment and satisfactory inspection. The machine must be supplied by the OEM or their authorized agent, and all offers must be accompanied by relevant technical literature and compliance certificates. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Only OEMs or their authorized agents are eligible to submit bids.
