The work will be executed at the Islamabad International Airport premises, specifically targeting the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) and other designated areas. Bidders must ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards as per the Pakistan Airports Authority guidelines. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, holding valid NTN and GST numbers, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. A bid security of PKR 20,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority is mandatory. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule No. 36(a) and will be conducted electronically via the EPADS platform. The bid submission deadline is strictly 05-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the IIAP Islamabad Logistic Section.
