Import of 750,000 MT Wheat with +/- 10% Molso on CFR in Bulk Karachi and/or Gwadar Basis

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (TCP), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites international bids for the import of 750,000 metric tons (MT) of wheat with a tolerance of +/- 10% MOLSO on CFR basis in bulk at Karachi and/or Gwadar ports for the latest crop year 2026. This tender is open to international wheat suppliers with capacity to supply wheat in bulk through worldwide sources. Shipments will be made as per shipment schedule and terms specified in the tender document. Items being procured: - 750,000 MT (Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand metric tons) Wheat with +/- 10% MOLSO on CFR in Bulk Karachi and/or Gwadar Basis The wheat to be supplied must strictly comply with the standards and specifications prescribed in the tender document and Import Policy Order in force. Bids below 50,000 MT with +/- 10% MOLSO will not be accepted. The total quantity must reach the designated ports in Pakistan as per the shipment schedule in the tender terms and conditions. Tender documents containing detailed terms, procurement procedures, bid security, bid validity, bid evaluation criteria, and other conditions can be downloaded from official TCP and PPRA websites or collected from TCP offices in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad until 1100 hours on September 16, 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked for Technical and Financial bids and dropped at the TCP reception counter in Karachi by 1130 hours on September 16, 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 1200 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives physically or via Zoom. Eligibility requires registration with provincial/federal tax authorities. Interested bidders must clear any dues or penalties with TCP to be eligible. TCP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid meets the minimum quantity requirement of 50,000 MT and that all documentation, including tax registration and bid security, is complete and submitted before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
