Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, and EE11 (for electrical works) with valid registration up to June 2026. Bidders must have experience in similar works executed in the last five years, with at least one project of 80% or two projects of 50% of the estimated cost. Firms must also be registered with the Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board, with active taxpayer status and provide audited financial statements for the last three years. Technical bids must be attested and submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPADS system.
