Improvement of HVAC infrastructure and drinking water facilities at BNB Airport Sukkur

The Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI), Hyderabad under Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the improvement of HVAC infrastructure and drinking water facilities at BNB Airport, Sukkur. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The project involves dismantling, installation, testing, and commissioning of various air conditioning units and water coolers, along with associated piping and air curtains at BNB Airport Sukkur. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing AC 1.5-2.0 ton split type wall mounted AC (6 jobs) - Dismantling of existing AC 4.0 ton split type wall mounted AC (21 jobs) - Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Split Type Wall Mounted Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton (4 Nos) - Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Split Type Wall Mounted Air Conditioner 2.0 Ton (2 Nos) - Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Floor Standing Air Conditioner 4.0-4.5 Ton Capacity (21 Nos) - Providing & installation of centrifugal Blower GI Material type 6 Ft Air Curtain (6 Nos) - Providing, installation, testing, and commissioning of 80 LPH capacity, three-tap water cooler (4 Nos) - Providing & installation of Refrigerant copper pipe 3/8" 5/8" in 22 gauge with fittings (270 RFT) - Supply & fixing 20mm (3/4") dia uPVC conduit with bends, sockets, junctions (93 RM) The technical scope includes connection of copper piping of outdoor units fitted on roof or angle iron frame, interconnection with suitable wire sizes, piping for condensed water, and installation of air curtains with remote control and built-in door sensor features. The water coolers are of 80 LPH capacity with stainless steel construction and hermetically sealed compressors. All equipment must comply with NEECA standards, be DC inverter type, T3 climate rated, and have anti-corrosion treated coils. Spare parts availability for at least five years and after-sales support in Sukkur, Hyderabad, or Karachi is mandatory. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC license minimum category C-6 with specialization ME-01, FBR/NTN registration, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and relevant experience.
