Improvement of Main Water Channels in District Nagar

The Water Management & Irrigation Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council for improvement works on main water channels in District Nagar. The procurement is under a single stage one envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Improvement of Main Water Channel Miacher, District Nagar - Improvement of Chakki Water Channel Dadimal, District Nagar - Improvement of Main Water Channel at Majer Abbas House to Pan Chalki Minapin, District Nagar - Improvement of Water Channel Bongsal Nallah to Asgar land These works involve civil improvements on water channels to enhance irrigation infrastructure in Nagar. The estimated costs range from approximately Rs. 1.45 million to Rs. 3 million per lot. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Deputy Director Water Management & Irrigation Department District Nagar office by submitting a written application and paying the prescribed fee via Treasury Challan. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in category C6 & above valid up to 2027, renewal fee for CFY 2026-27, CNIC of the bidder, bid security in the form of CDR from scheduled banks, and no litigation certificates. Bids must be accompanied by bid security and, for rates below 10% of estimated cost, an additional performance guarantee of 50% of the differential amount. The bid submission deadline is 12th November 2026 at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM depending on the lot, with opening shortly after.
