Improvement and PCC Works of Streets in Judbah under ADP No. 250728 Net Hydel Profit Generating District Development Project FY 2026-27

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on the EPAD system for improvement and PCC works of various streets in Judbah under ADP No. 250728 Net Hydel Profit Generating District Development Project FY 2026-27. The project is located in Torghar district and includes the following items: - Improvement/PCC of Streets i/c Path to GGMS Judbah & Link Road Berara Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Street i/c Link Road Bar Kalay Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Street i/c Link Road Ghari Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Manz Kalay Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Road Maira Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Mangan Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Road Koz Kalay Judbah The scope involves civil works for street improvements including PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) works. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-4 & Above and have valid FBR/NTN registration. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system and KPRA website. A non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PAD system by 15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical and financial bids opened on the same day at 12:30 PM after approval of the technical bid by the competent authority. Earnest money and bid security requirements are detailed in the bidding documents, including additional securities for bids below certain thresholds. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Torghar.
