Improvement and PCC of Streets under Net Hydel Profit Generating District Development Project FY 2026-27 in Torghar

The Communication & Works Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for improvement and PCC works of various streets under the Net Hydel Profit Generating District Development Project for the financial year 2026-27 in Torghar district. This procurement is conducted under the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope system on the EPAD platform. Items being procured: - Improvement/PCC of Streets i/e Path to GGMS Judbah & Link Road Berara Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Street i/e Link Road Bar Kalay Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Street i/e Link Road Ghari Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Manz Kalay Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Road Maira Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Mangan Judbah - Improvement/PCC of Streets Road Koz Kalay Judbah The technical scope includes the improvement and PCC (Premix Cement Concrete) of multiple streets in Judbah area of Torghar district. The project is funded under ADP No. 250728 and requires contractors to have PEC registration category C-4 and above. Bidders must be registered with the C&W Department and have valid NTN/Income Tax certificates. A non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 3,000 is required to obtain bidding documents. Bid security and earnest money conditions apply as per the detailed terms. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system by 15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening of e-bids on the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bid by the competent authority. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Torghar.
