The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites sealed bids from eligible and licensed contractors for the Improvement and Renovation of KMC Head Office Annexy Building No.1 (Left Side) located in Karachi, Sindh. This tender covers comprehensive civil and electrical works including dismantling, masonry, concrete works, steel reinforcement, plumbing, sanitary fittings, painting, flooring, and finishing works as detailed in the Bill of Quantities. The estimated cost is approximately **PKR 19,990,000** with a bid security of 5% of the quoted amount. The contract duration is 90 days with liquidated damages applicable for delay.
