Renovation, Furnishing, Procurement and Maintenance Works at Executive and Prime Minister Offices Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on percentage basis from firms having valid PEC License in relevant category and registered with FBR for various renovation, furnishing, procurement, and maintenance works at executive offices and Prime Minister offices in Islamabad. The works include renovation of civil and electrical & mechanical (E&M) works in executive offices III & IV, renovation and furnishing of call room and waiting room at Executive Building, procurement of civil store material for the year 2026, upholstery, polishing and repainting of furniture, repair and maintenance of common washrooms, provision of civil store material, purchase of tools and equipment for PM House, repair and maintenance of specific rooms and offices, and purchase of machinery for Prime Minister's staff colony. Items being procured: - Renovation of Civil & E&M works in executive offices III & IV at executive building - Renovation & Furnishing of Call Room / Waiting room at Executive Building - Procurement of Civil Store Material for Year 2026 - Upholstery, Polishing and Repainting of Furniture - Repair and Maintenance work in common washrooms - Provision of Civil Store Material - Purchase of Tools, equipment's for PM House - Repair and Maintenance work in room No. E-232 - Providing / Fixing of Hard Panel, Roller Blinds, Re-upholstery & Repairing of Revolving Chairs - Repair and Renovation of Offices allotted to SIFCD (Room No.204-D) - Purchase of Tools, equipment's and Plants for Prime Minister office (Public) - Purchase of Machinery for Prime Minister's Staff Colony - Repair and Maintenance (Civil & E&M) works in multiple rooms at executive office - Repair and Maintenance works in Room No. 433-C, 352-A and 559-A - Repair and Maintenance work in room No. 106-A, 342-A, 553-A & 633-A The scope covers civil, electrical, and mechanical works, furniture refurbishment, and procurement of tools and machinery at various executive and Prime Minister office locations in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR and submit earnest money as specified for each lot. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS v2.0 portal by 26-10-2026 at 11:30 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives at designated CDA offices. The tender documents are available only on PPRA and EPADS portals; no hard copies will be issued. Earnest money must be submitted via call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of Deputy Director (Civil), PMOH, CDA. Scanned copies of bid security and certificates must be uploaded on EPADS. Bidders are advised to carefully follow submission instructions and ensure all documents are complete to avoid rejection.
