Improvement and Repair Works at POF Havelian Cantt

The Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) at Havelian Cantt is procuring various improvement and repair works including uplifting of the prayer area and interior of the Central Jamia Mosque, rectification of leakage and seepage in the Medical Block of POF Hospital, roof repair and screeding on the single storey hospital building, miscellaneous repair and maintenance outside the admin gate, and term contracts for repair and maintenance of buildings both in the estate area and inside the factory and car area. These works are critical for maintaining the infrastructure and ensuring operational efficiency at POF Havelian Cantt. The technical scope covers civil works such as structural repairs, waterproofing, maintenance, and minor construction activities across multiple sites within the POF complex. Contractors must have relevant PEC registration in the appropriate category and demonstrate experience in similar civil works. Firms must be active taxpayers listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Submission of complete credentials including partnership deed, affidavit of no blacklisting, tax payment certificates, PEC registration, and bank statements for the last two years is mandatory. Applications for prequalification must be submitted to the Manager - Civil POF Havelian Cantt by 9th May 2026 to obtain tender documents. The tenders will be received at the Bid Centre (Rabta Hall) by 10:30 AM on 12th May 2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
