Improvement and Replacement of Underground Corroded and Rusted Sui Gas Pipelines in C&W Shops at IOW South and IOW North Moghalpura

Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites bids for the improvement and replacement of existing underground corroded and rusted Sui Gas Pipelines in C&W Shops in the Section of IOW South and IOW North Moghalpura. Items being procured: - Improvement/Replacement of existing Underground Corroded and Rusted Sui Gas Pipelines in C&W Shops in the Section of IOW South Moghalpura (Estimated Cost Rs. 60,967,137) - Improvement/Replacement of existing Underground Corroded and Rusted Sui Gas Pipelines in Loop Shops in the Section of IOW North Moghalpura (Estimated Cost Rs. 47,369,874) The works are to be completed within a period of 3 months each. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) in the form of CDR in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura. Original documents must be submitted along with the tender documents in the tender box available at the office of Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura. Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS at or before 11:00 am on 10-11-2026. Only bids through E-PAD will be entertained and no other bid will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am in the chamber of Divisional Engineer/Workshops, PR Moghalpura in the presence of representatives of firms who want to be witness. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject all bids/tenders at any time prior to acceptance of a bid/tender in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance. Earnest Money as specified must be attached with the bid.
